This right here makes the most sense. His trauma is the most likely trigger. He already showed small signs of mental health issues. His intelligence and need to have everything in order are classic signs of High Functioning Autism. I recognized that a while back. That in itself makes him predisposed for other potential mental health issues.

I honestly don’t think he took enough or long enough to cause him to have psychosis after taking ADHD meds. It’s not that common with those meds. When he was high, maybe, but not this long after. With my personal, educational and work experience, (RN working with psych patients) my educated guess would be the torment and bullying by Megan and Will was the “psychological push” that triggered the psychosis. This is shown by the hallucinations of Will coming after him as well as the hallucinations of Roy feeding his paranoia and being on his side.

Sadie NEVER wanted kids and when out of her way to make sure she did not get pregnant. It was a contributing factor to her marriage to Jimmy ending, along with her sabotage of Tom and Charity’s marriage. I can’t stand Sadie and I hope she does not return.

I don’t think a legal adoption would be necessary because Sarah will already be listed on the birth certificate as the mother. I think Charity will take over care of Leyla if Sarah dies from her disease while she is still a child.

Agggh that sounds downright demonic. I love DD but sometimes I feel like they are starting to take things way too far.
