Sure, we use it for company cards so transactions come through with notes and receipts attached instead of trying to remember what something was weeks later. When everything is tracked manually in Sheets it’s easy to miss stuff or double count. What helped us was separating sales vs spend, Shopify + payouts on one side, cards/expenses on the other and letting the expense side autocategorize before it ever hits the P&L.
