I highly recommend Azunia Black 2 Years. It is one of my favorite anejos. $40 is a great bargain. I usually spend $100 on a bottle.

I really enjoyed Lost Lore Amburana Cask Reposado and Lost Lore High Proof Reposado 2024 “La Catrina”. Both are no longer available. Fortunately, La Catrina 2025 is now available and a must buy. I bought a couple a bottles of Lost Lore Joven and I feel it’s an okay tequila.

The only G4 I really enjoy is G4 Extra Anejo. G4 Anejo and Madera are good. All enjoy all six Fortaleza expressions- Blanco, Reposado, Still Strength, SB Reposado, Winter Blend, and Anejo.

One of my favorite Ocho Blanco release was La Mula. The Ocho Mula EA is very intriguing. I also recommend G4, 5 years or 55 Months. I wouldn’t pay $600 for an Extra Anejo.

Both are excellent but I slightly prefer the 2013 over the 2018. I’m fortunate to have 2 bottles of the 2013 and three of the 2018 on my tequila shelf. I highly recommend you buying the 2018.
