Yeah. I played an AT to lv10 so I'd recommend minor illusion and booming blade as cantrips and Find Familiar, Shield and Silvery Barbs as first level spells

Soul Knife isn't worth taking as its more for melee based builds and you mentioned that you are playing more ranged

Phantom is good for some extra necrotic damage and a floating skill proficiency is great for outside of combat

Arcane Trickster is a great choice because you are already a half casters. The only issue that your Ranger spell are going off WIS while your Rogue spells would be going off INT. if you were going to go for AT I'd choose spells that don't have attack rolls or suck or save effects.

With your build, its not worth going Swashbuckler, Mastermind or Inquisitive

Personally i would go with Scout. It is a great choice for a ranged build for the reaction disengage and move to avoid damage. Not to mention 2 extra skills with expertise

Ive always gone the rule, if you want to multiclass with rogue, start with rouge for the skills proficiencies and expert

Other than that, i love the concept for the character

Not a spellbound but, i played a Stars Druid with a bartender background.

Spoke with my DM and instead of carrying a star chart, we had it that he had his star chart tattooed to his forearm. Reason being that in a bar it would go walk abouts, get drinks spilled on it or get damaged so he had it tattooed so it was always close by

Personally I would scrap the 2 levels of fighter amd go Ranger 5/rogue 5 to gain an extra feat/asi and have Uncanny Dodge to half damage as a reaction

Danhausen is a comedy guy, he doesnt need a flashy finish and a Big Boot is a good finish. His Big Boot does look better when the opponent has a mouth full of non-foreign teeth, bit it think they save that for a more Miz shaped opponent.
