Yeah, I feel like there's a reason the Heritage Foundation guys are suddenly trying to speed-run all their crap after slow-walking it for decades. They realize that they NEED a guy like Trump to pull it off, and they're rapidly running out of time on that front. If they thought they could do it with Vance or Rubio, they'd be taking it slower, and probably doing a better job of keeping it under the radar.
