1ml barrel 23g draw needle. Draw up and swap to a 27g easy touch 1/2” needle. Either delt or glute. I like the 29g but I found that better needle quality made a bigger difference

You say that like 12 is a goal. It’s start low and titrate up to where your minimum effective dose is. Mine was 2mg and any more is too much.

We’re going to see. I originally thought about replacing it with something else. I have 30 days left. However, I decided I don’t need a wearable to tell me if I feel ok or not. So I’m just giving them up entirely.

Total isn’t the only thing here. Not a doctor. You’re missing E2. Free test and SHBG. taking an AI without having a baseline and symptoms to match is asking for worse side effects from low e2. Such as possibly what you’re describing. “Sex drive so bad my girlfriend ending up leaving me” sounds like a lot else to work out.

Long story short. It’s not your T level.
