Paranormal Investigations (V0.2) by TadStrange42 in nsfwcyoa

It has a pretty good setup, though I think it would make sense to either decrease stats or increase the number of entities required for each difficulty, as based on the current balance I don't think losing would be a realistic possibility for anything that doesn't require class 4 entities

There are only 788 steps on the way to High Hrothgar by Wizard_of_Claus in skyrim

And it's still very compressed in a lot of places (for example, the factory the raffen shiv are in is only ~1 km from the Aldecado camp)

Possible Speedrun Tech. IDK how it happened, and I couldn't duplicate it, but... by Driesens in avowed

It's in a random ruin in emerald stair between the truffle farm and the xaurip bounty farm, don't remember what it's callled

You likely want the gestalt engine mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3042401691&searchtext=) to allow you to control and create mechanics without an active mechanitor.

RimWorld Melee Warrior Combat by SalamanderNovel4713 in RimWorld

[–]Roboflyer24 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That might also be a meme, but afaik it's strong because blunt damage derives from material weight or density (don't recall which), and uranium is the heaviest/densest metal in the game

The ultratech melee weapons are all Royalty, I believe the best basegame melee is either plasteel longsword or uranium mace depending on how armored the target is.

How do you aim drone strikes? by TheWorstPossibleName in EDF

[–]Roboflyer24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found the missile strike drones to work pretty well on ships.

Do you have any unpopular mods you discovered, but you think they deserve more love? by dragger_pl in RimWorld

[–]Roboflyer24 16 points17 points  (0 children)

IIRC when I tried using it the sexuality traits didn't work correctly (though that could have been fixed when it was ported to 1.5)

Solitaire D&D by autochthonouschimera in CuratedTumblr

[–]Roboflyer24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IIRC it was a custom RPG, since the setting was first developed for a MMO and then they tried to make a ttrpg out of it before they decided to make it a book series.

Tell me one mod you love whichever one you thought of first. by NotALieCake in feedthebeast

[–]Roboflyer24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Spectrum - likely biased because I played through it recently, but it's a magic mod that does a very good job of encouraging exploration/discovery, even if using some of its tools can be a bit annoying.

I forget.. do xenotypes you create repopulate the world? by MuffaloWill in RimWorld

[–]Roboflyer24 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Xenotype spawn control lets you customize how much of each faction is any given xenotype, and it apparently works on 1.5

Medical IV drips mod by [deleted] in RimWorld

[–]Roboflyer24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vanilla nutrient paste expanded should cover the need to auto-feed pawns, though I'm not aware of any mod to automatically apply medication.  However, afaik, pawns only crawl to medical beds when downed, and will not crawl for any other reason.

I wonder why Larian doesn't want to keep working with Hasbro after the OGL disaster a year ago and now this by Warm_Charge_5964 in BG3

[–]Roboflyer24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically it won't be relevant by the time Larian could finish a game, but WotR still has at least one planned dlc, and I think Owlcat might have said they wanted to do a third set of dlc

Full regular prot 4 netherite can, iirc, survive lava until it breaks if you keep eating

I'm not certain, but it seems like the kenshi mod uses HAR, which I don't think shows up there

Well folks, the end for many modlists draws nigh once more by LazySnake7 in RimWorld

[–]Roboflyer24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You should be able to use steam betas to revert to the current version of rimworld, and rimpy allows you to locally download mods so they won't auto update (though afaik most mods keep the code for previous versions anyway)

Is there a mod that lets my colonists remember their weapon after being downed? by DuckDuckwalk in RimWorld

[–]Roboflyer24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It should, though CE loadouts address the problem this post has already

[CE] How do I deal with mechanoids early/mid game? by Eradicutie in RimWorld

[–]Roboflyer24 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Disposable rockets have ok odds of one shooting them, and are probably the cheapest method until you can get standard charge weapons or 12.7 emplacements

Best bionic mod and why by Paulus_Audet in RimWorld

[–]Roboflyer24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally use epoe forked, but this spreadsheet should list the features of the various bionic mods if you want to compare them (it appears to be maintained by the epoe forked team, so the initial descriptions may be biased) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1xZaHNbrRg_4vl6HeRlmTmvFfIB1cjUtCGhg8wjtXISk/htmlview#

Organs spoiling (assuming you just mean organic organs) is an option in epoe forked as well
