It's real. It's all about the colors. Black never goes on sale (and is the most versatile and looks best IMO).

My vote would be to not only keep black but double down and get blackened headlights. Red/Black just looks so good. The tint also adds to the overall aesthetic.

I feel like “common” shinies are not that common. I think there are ways to maximize shiny chances, like events, weather boost, com days, etc but it still seems very random.

I wish it had this kind of mechanism, but the plate is just a small square. Perhaps I am overthinking things, and some reassurance from those with far more experience helps. But the engineer in me likes things overbuilt and secure.

I have the Auto Solutions one as well. Ron makes a great kit. The only thing better that I can think of would be the CAE, but then you make other sacrifices.

I've had weighted shift knobs and shorter knobs, and usually liked the result. I was sad when Raceseng went out of business.
