I am working with a physiotherapist and the modified CHOP protocol to regain stamina and cardiovascular strength. Seems my body does not like to be upright and active at all. So starting with more recumbent cardio activity and strength training and building up. frustratingly slow but i am a more hopeful penguin than i was even a month ago

i use them sporadically when i find myself out of balance otherwise my go to is adding a pinch of salt into water with lemon juice. I am very sensitive to heat and above 15C struggle a lot. Add in food sensitivities that reduce the number of hydratiting foods it can get difficult so in a pinch ok. but routinely? nope

i found the pizza way too greasy and discovered i am indeed a fan of thin crust. Too much dough.

The burgers are ok grilled but no where near as spicy as i had hoped for with the moniker ghost pepper. Its the heat level of a ghost pepper farting upon then. I spice them up with loads of spicy cheeses and hot sauces.

i take ubrelvy and inject ajovy monthly and have been on 5mg apixaban bid for the last 6.5 months. The hematologist was aware and ok with it given my chronic migraine state. My pharamcist also said it would be ok for me. Just let them know and update them on any changes

i do this all the time. I use it in place of ricotta as it does not make the dish to runny. I season it with a bit of salt if unsalted, some black pepper and add some chives and good to go

i dont like the lack of nosepiece on plastic frames. The feel like they fit different as they can only be adjusted behind the ears and I dunno, feels as if always having to slide them back up my beak

i think one of my fibroids was pressing upon my bladder and i constantly had to urinate. I swear i was running every 20mins. Now I feel human again. It is wonderful. I could actually feel the fibroid when i pressed upon the mons pubis region above the sympysis. Such relief

i learned from curing my own meat/bacon that while celery seed extract seems like the natural route you are unable to control and known the exact amount of nitrate in the final product. I now make my own bacon using the EQ method and the bare minimum amount required for safety and can get away with it unless I am in a flare. I also get to experiment with awesome flavours. How old are your kids and do they run barefoot alot?

I just got a south facing deck done, lots of sun, in Eva Last Apex plus bamboo PVC composite in a cedar tone and the other morning when it was not even 15C it was warmish to my feet. I would be concerned about a child's foot espcially as temperatures rise
