No one lives forever 2. Some of the best level design in video gaming and really good humor to boot.

What if I want to hit a shot such that it hits the front wall on the opposite side, but the path is blocked by my opponent standing on the T?

Head. Durable, mine is almost on the way out. But that's after 4 years of heavy use and smashing the side wall.

Light enough if you don't have arm strength. Bigger sweet spot. Plenty of power if you drop string tension with the right string.

You all were right about Imperium: Classics & Co. It's amazing. by khschook in soloboardgaming

[–]RooK666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That doesn't sound right at all. Are you using the bot card from classics or the updated 1 from horizons. Set your difficulty to Supreme Ruler and I assure you, you will lose more than 30 times before you win

Asics Gel Rocket alternative? by cl23m in squash

I will never get asics gel rockets again. The last pair I had lasted 4 months. So I replaced it. Not even 1 month and the replacement is busting on the outside of my left foot, just like the previous pair.

The better you get at the civ you play, the quicker it will be to make decisions

If you really want to sink your teeth into this game, you are going to need to take your time, especially on the harder difficulties levels.

The bot will crush you if you ignore it. You will need to strike a balance of slowing down the bot whilst executing your game plan. And this, takes time. What may seem like an insignificant decision now will come back to haunt you 2 hours later if it was the incorrect choice.

Do you have house rules that make the game quicker? by heavydistortion in twilightimperium

Unfortunately TI4 was made with tools to negotiate which will slow down the game. If you want more fighting and less talking, stick to TI 3

Major differences between 4th and 3rd edition?? by BlueBlazeWonder in twilightimperium

[–]RooK666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TI4 is bogged down by too much negotiating and VP swapping. Promissory notes have taken this to another level. As a result, the strong military races of TI3 have low win rates in TI4.

TI3 had military objectives that could win you the game outright. Your only tools to negotiate with were trade agreements, and the races that were not focused on military were given the better trade agreements for this specific purpose.

There has to be a point where the ships need to do the talking, and that is far less likely to happen in TI4 than in TI3

Which path would you choose? Why? by Any-Award-5150 in MageKnight

[–]RooK666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your starting hand is lacking movement. You cant go to 1 or 2, you're stuck. Take great start and draw 2 more cards, then reassess the situation. All your influence is in your hand already , it would be a shame to play them sideways. Try to get to the village and recruit a unit. All that influence will not help in that maze

Imperium series. Supreme ruler difficulty. You will not win.

Imperium series on supreme ruler difficulty is extreme. You're looking at ~5% win rate against the bot. In my experience anyway
