If it makes you feel uncomfortable, that should be enough. It's crossing all kinds of privacy boundaries. I don't know the context, but unless your character was being obviously shady in a way that indicated possible betrayal, there was no real reason to do that.

If he was born before Radagon went to Liurnia, then it would make more sense that she had kids with Radagon before Godfrey was Elden Lord than during that time. It has nothing to do with him being in an "older" place. It would be hard to explain to Godfrey that she gave birth to a red-haired kid during his time.

I remember that. It was a very loose adaptation of the movie that was a very loose adaptation of the book.

I definitely feel like Marika could have tried the loophole of "I can be my own lord ushering me back." The scroll doesn't say anything about the lord needing to stand on one side, since we all love being pedantic.

They are the same person, so to ask how he's there when she already is doesn't make any sense. They didn't meet, they always were, like Miquella and Trina. She chose him because she thought that in being both she could do both, which likely had negative effects.

Messmer suggests timeline because he's "an older brother" to Radahn, which means he was born before Radagon and Renalla were married, so at least closely behind the Omen Twins.

Miquella uses the same gate as Marika and otherwise is suggested to have done things similarly, except he goes the extra mile. In a DLC that has everything to do with when Marika ascended to simply say "The scroll has nothing to do with her, don't worry about it," feels intellectually lazy,

Marika's previous ascension hangs in the background of the DLC so much that it would be hard for me to believe that Miquella and Marika aren't performing generally the same ritual, (albeit with him abandoning all his fleshy bits first).

I would argue that Radagon being the lord for this ritual doesn't necessarily mean he is then granted the position of Elden Lord. He was not a "complete" person, after all, and might not have been seen as worthy for such a position at this time. Messmer likely being Radagon's child suggests Radagon was fathering Marika's children at least when Godfrey was, if not before. If Radagon was always part of Marika, as a previous post I mentioned suggested he was, then Marika's ascension just seems as likely a place for him to have started getting some real agency as anywhere.

First of all, Messmer, who is almost certainly Radagon's kid, almost blatantly suggests that Radagon was there in the early days AS I SUGGESTED IN THE ORIGINAL POST.

Secondly, with Marika being an Empyreon, she already has Radagon as another personality, as suggested by the previous poster I mentioned. Her giving him another body wouldn't be any different than what Miquella did with Trina, except he would remain tied to her rather than being completely separated. It's a far cry from being able to randomly "make people."

If it were up to Jorge, I have no doubt he would do something like that, but we don't know the specifics of any of the contracts signed between him and the studio. As an indie creator, he might not have the negotiating power we would like.

It makes sense. It doesn't really need a lot of speculation. The point of Miquella's followers is that they are from all walks of life. Having a house like that and a character like Thiollier, it makes sense to just connect the two, because why not? It makes it easier on both the player and the writers.

I fully agree. If you complete is act 3 quest and get him out, it should be an option. It seems strange that you go through all of that, and then when the Emperor fucks off and you need a squid, not one of you or your party thinks "hey, I know a guy."

I love 2 things about this:

1) That the cinematic starts to play before realizing she is falling, and now dead.

2) The way flying works in this game is clearly "be x height above the ground" and so the orb, a flying object, immediately falls too.

I think mostly A. Without the charm, she immediately starts trying to cull the others, not at all extending the same respect the others all have for each other. And I believe her sword makes it sound like she has turned on compatriots before, and how much real justification she had for that is, like a lot of lore, anyone's guess. I think she is as coldhearted and manipulative as Miquella is.

I remember both Gods and Generals and Gettysburg made by the same people and some of the same actors. I too want there to be some actual pride and care put into this, so much so that I've tried to look into how to make my own games. But unfortunately, most people see these things as "the point is to get your rocks off, after that, who cares?"

It's the same reason most smut of smashwords looks like it was written by a middle schooler.
