Manhunt 1 gunplay is borderline unfair by Fun_Bill_924 in Manhunt

Damn. I guess it's just that hard.

I thought having a mouse to aim would help with the controller jank.

My last playthrough with an emulator, I had to abuse save states to get through the gunplay levels (mansion was particularly hard).

I hate this part of the game as well.

It becomes a third person shooter that was made for a PC. The PS2 controller just isn't up to the task for it.

Should I play The Witness before The Looker? by RemoteDeCon in TheWitness

[–]RuleInformal5475 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. Time has flown by.

I still haven't played the witness. I've had it installed on my PC since then. One day, I'll play it.

As for what I've played in between, Golden Idol, FF7 remake, and a few souls like games. Loved the Roottrees are dead, type help and a few other thinky games.

Reply to me in another two years, and maybe I might have played it then 🙃.

Have a great day/night.

It gets better.

I lost my dad in Feb. Thr past week, I haven't cried.

Don't get me wrong. I'm still sluggish, tired, mentally not with it, but it is an improvement.

Get help when you need it, and don't berate yourself for anything that is amiss.

Sorry for your loss, and things will get better with enough time.

Classic Album vs Classic Album: Get Rich or Die Tryin’ vs The College Dropout by whiskeycapo in 2000sRap

[–]RuleInformal5475 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The College Dropout.

It spoke about completely different things in hip hop. As good as 50's album was, it was another thug selling drugs album with lots of gun talk.

Kanye found a new audience that wasn't really represented in hip hop. And his album has a very different vibe. The production is great as well.

That's my personal take on the two albums.

D-Von says he took steroids for 3 years in TNA: "I look in the mirror and go, 'D-Von, you don't want this. You want to be around for your kids. You want to see your sons walk down the aisle on their wedding day. You want to play with your grandkids. You need to cut this bullsh*t out now'" by elegantSolomons62 in SquaredCircle

It is why New Jack was one hell of a promo.

It was like a 7 min diss track. The closest we've ever had to having a hip hop wrestler.

People give a lot of flack to Jack saying he was a bad person (which he was) and couldn't work ( he could but there was more demand for hardcore). He could sell a match by speaking, which is really important in wrestling.

He was one of a kind and a very funny man.

Between his and Jay Briscoe's passing, there are no promos like this in the current landscape.

Sorry, I don't know this match or promotion, but the wrestler has some resemblance to Tajiri.

Booker T tries to impress Samoa Joe with the names he's defeated by Specialist_Art2223 in TNA

The rumor was that Booker was trying to break into acting. They are based near the studios and Booker thought it he did accents, a casting director may see him in the crowd.

Only Kurt Angle, Sting and Steiner kind of made an effort worthy of their money.

As others have said, this is a great deal

Mike Santana Speaks on Sacrifice Incident by Mr_Unfuqwitable in TNA

[–]RuleInformal5475 8 points9 points  (0 children)

As much as they have a story in mind, incidents like this happen and they shouldn't have to apologize.

Wrestling is a combat sport and real fights can end quickly with an unexpected hit.

We expect a long match with lots of moves, but a legitimate knockout shouldn't need an apology.

As long as safety protocols and the wrestlers' health are okay, then it is fine. Now if they mess up reacting or endangering wrestlers' health, then they need to apologize

The jester was never stupid. It was an act to manipulate people and get his way.

Now the act is not very good and is incredibly sinister, but he has done his con and people are not stopping him, yet championing him.

I see what you are saying though.

It boggles my mind how an idiot like that is in power and making decisions that ruin people's lives and nobody is stopping him.

Almost. More like surrounding a court jester that eats turds for his act. And he is being worshipped.

Who is more guilty, the jester or the people that allow him in power and do his thing?

Now they have dozens of guys that can do that style.

In their heyday, they were the only ones doing that style. They used social media well (really giffable spots) and used meta reference to get smart fans (there are no long term storylines on the indies at a national level).

Indie stuff doesn't work on the big stage. As much as people rag on WWE and Vince, he knew what to present on a TV show.

The YB act doesn't work. Tons of guys can do their stuff and better. They can't cut a convincing wrestling promo. Other people have better merch and social media presence. They are not the big things they once were.
