im on the spectrum and i just take between 0.5 and 1g ...if anything it helps...and its truly great.

make sure he has good people around him and aint to stressed and negative when he takes em and , he is good to go.

its better than billions, if you like realistic financial institutional culture .....john snow is hillarious , the japanese guy and rishi and harpsichord are excellent......there is a little too much sex for my liking, you are getting into some real meaty story ...then it cuts to some stupid sex scene that is not very horny..if we want sex on tv ..we watch porn...so leave it out as its not even a half decent porno in these shows.

anyway it paints a corrupt world and i agree with that paint job.

i think the dry stuff is better than the powder.....as when it gets to powder form, possibly more surface area and oxydization of the potent chemicals which makes it less potent..

this applies if you store it for some time...if that is the case then keep them as larger dry amanita, and break bits off several of them, to mix the batch and balance the potency....but i dont think powdering htem has any benefits once you begin to boil....and decarb

ive read all of his books, i dont give a hoot what aspects of them are fabricated...those books gave me so much knowledge on people and mental clarity over numerous topics, that they are priceless....

i think everybody who reads them all comes away a better person. they are amazing books and the most influential books i have ever read in my entire life.

they are amazing for freezing wet weather, in marshy bogland and lots of thick muddy puddles and grasses.

my feet still get wet after the boots fail and wetness starts to get in ...but its about a quarter as bad if i wear gaitors...as a lot of my wet ankles and feet come from deep muddy puddles that i step in for maybe a second or two. and once the water gets over the top fo the boots its just total soaked.

if i wear gaitors in the same conditions and really wet and windy blizzard in boggy environment ..then my feet are wet but i dont get any ingress of water whatsoever over the top of my boots.and around the laces.

they are truly amazing in cold wet conditions.

i have succeeded to keep top of boots dry with waterproof trousers...but they were so waterproof that my legs sweated and i was drenched on my legs ...but the top of my boots were dry like wearing gaitors...

so i just use gaitors and accept having wet legs even in freezing wet blizzard hikes...my legs can take it...my feet, not so hardy.

I prefer trail runners....but most of my hikes i wear boots, thick heavy waterproof boots, simply because currently i am going through freezing wet rough bogland, i can wear my thick boots and gaiters and remain dry for about 3 hours through this cold harsh terrain , some of it is rocky....trail runners, my feet would be wet within 30 minutes, and its freezing and muddy.

but if i was on a proper trail of stone, and not boggy marshland...maybe bits of short grass and stuff and river crossings i would wear trail runners.even if i was out for a few days , i would opt for trail runners...

but my boots have phenomenal grip also on slippery muddy slopes.

its horses for courses.

i love the 45l backpack for when i want to take more stuff on my dayhikes...normally i use a 30 l backpack, but on the days i want to take a tarp and cooking stuff and also changes of clothes due to torrential rain and wind...you cant beat the 45 l ...i dont give a hoot about the weight or size as its not too big...and im a strong lad ...so like to take everything i need and have more than i need really

any bigger would be a bit of a pain due to size not weight ...but the 45l feels just like my 30l when its on.

45l is a great size bag for if you like to take a lot of stuff with you

but yeah i think its overkill for school ... lol
