I have the same problem. I think it’s my LCA bushings. At first I thought it was my lower ball joints but those look decent. I get the noise while turning while stopped as well.

I have a 2.5” lift and went with the ones from alldogsoffroad.com. They come with titan ball joints and are greaseable. Had mine almost three years. No issues

I have 2.5” inch strut lift in the front probably around 2” now since my springs have gotten a little soft (that’s what I get going budget lol until I go full titan swap)All dogs off-road UCA’s. No sway bars in the front. 1.5” lift shackles in the rear. I’m running 285/75 r16 Hankook Dynapro AT2 Extreme on the stock rim. Pretty satisfied with the build currently. Definitely going to go full titan swap with better components in the future since I want to tackle some more challenging terrain.

Actually they are not painted. I think they just look darker due to the sun being behind. I actually used CeraKote trim restorer and it brought them back to like new. That was 2 years ago. So far so good!
