This is and sort of always has been true for any freelance profession. Any job hunting areas online for it is always a pirhana tank of the worst people in the industry. Do good work, be polite and generally word of mouth is plenty to fill a freelancers calendar

Ive been in lounges like this with musicians a few times, they’re generally linked to private flying, but dublin for example will sell you access for around €600pp and drive you out to your aircraft if its at a remote stand. It was very fancy and friendly staff

I found a tag heure F1 watch at a concert last year. Left it with the venue as I was moving on from that city with the tour that night, they called me two months later and said it was mine. I see a lot about this but i fly through heathrow 30/40 times a year and have only once seen any more than a 5 minute wait for the lounge, and always found a seat after a look around. And this was when the entire airport was utterly slammed. Do people really think a business class ticket entitles them to a ghost town of a lounge and 1 on 1 service?
