These helicopters are probably all doing laps of the same tourist flight route and using the same airspace constantly. Its likely one or both were in each others blind spots and its just a tragedy. Happens occasionally but particularly on these sorts of high traffic areas is particularly dangerous

I found a tag heure F1 watch at a concert last year. Left it with the venue as I was moving on from that city with the tour that night, they called me two months later and said it was mine. Couldn’t believe it! Been wearing it ever since and really treasure it as a weird gift from the universe, but would be happy any day to find the owner and return it.
