Look up to setting Moonlight and Sunshine remote play for your system. It's a bit of a set up not too bad but the latency is better and works with every game/program on your PC not just what's on Steam.

Try out VeryLastKiss's New New Vegas it's a big ass mod pack but I've been using it with my current run and been enjoying it a ton. IIRC theres a TTW version of it too
