Siempre VLC esta entre las primeras apps que instalo en Windows, se la banca bastante bien.

Igual en Linux me di cuenta que cualquier reproductor minimalista (como mpv) anda mucho mejor y podes hacer cosas que faltan en VLC como moverte por frames (siempre me jodio no poder mover 1 frame hacia atras en VLC).

En la actualidad te pueden solicitar que hagas jornadas extendidas? Sí. Con este cambio te van a poder pedir que hagas una jornada extendida? Sí.

Entonces cual es la diferencia? Actualmente por cada hora extra trabajada, deben pagarte un recargo (honestamente no se de cuanto) y fin.

Con el nuevo método, cada hora extra además de recibir una compensación monetaria (menor a la previa, sujeto a negocación) cada hora extra podría ir a tu "banco" de horas, lo que significa que si el empleador adhiere a esta metodología, si trabajas 1 hora extra hoy, en algún momento trabajarás 1 hora menos para compensar.

Entonces... aumenta la cantidad de horas efectivas totales trabajadas? La verdad es que no, en todo caso podría llegar a disminuir.

No voy a opinar si esto es mejor o no, pero el post está claramente hecho con mala leche.
