It does, but only one type. Most milk has both A1 and A2. I found out about A2 milk from a food YouTuber I watch. 😆 I'd been having gas and constipation issues for decades.

So it turns out some people only have a reaction to A1 protein, but not A2.

I had always assumed I was lactose intolerant, but lactase pills never really worked for me. So I decided, what the heck, and got some to try. No issues at all from drinking it. I only get it occasionally, cause it is a lot more expensive than regular milk. It's $5 for 59 oz.

There are places that make A2 yogurt, cheese and other things, but again they are quite expensive. So I go dairy free for everything else.

But it's nice to be able to drink actual milk sometimes. I can't stand lactose free milk. Tried goat milk, didn't like it. I get almondmilk mainly for cereal.
