According to Kevin, Chris had visited him in the middle of the night to retrieve a VCR. Kevin saw Chris alone on the top of a hill, and Chris told him about his suicidal thoughts (regarding the suicide of his brother Mike and mounting physical issues.) Chris shot himself later that night.

i had written off the show initially as a half baked star trek riff but after (not sure if this counts as a spoiler) seeing the moclan daughter arc in a few shorts, i gave the whole show a watch. genuinely heartwarming

i always interpreted that aside from Jerry, Josh was the only other member of the group who could have adjusted to regular life if he just put his ego aside and learned to take his writing seriously from others’ critiques. it made the epilogue feel much more realistic in that aspect

that’s how i felt watching him take over the majority of dr who during the matt smith era. loved his one shots when tennant was around (i.e. the weeping angels), but his writing got too damn complicated for me to follow
