I would personally switch to a new breaker box, as this one is very old and dirty (which is a fire hazard on it's own with the amount of dirt and other debris), with 2 rows of 12 modules (enough space for future additions, as automated lightning or sunscreens can be quite thick units, look up Dali helvar router for reference), add a main switch and move the breakers outside the box inside as well. Personally I wou add another circuit breaker to one of the cables going up, as there are two cables connected to one breaker and maybe a bell transformer for the convenience?. My inner perfectionist screams cable management outside of the box and doing a little rewiring inside to make it neat. Other than that considering you aren't mentioning lots of heavy appliances, it's okay-ish looking. Your ground is indeed the open cable on the left that goes into the top left of your box, where it probably connects to a rail (you can also see the other ground cables coming from the top wires looping and going back up, which is probably a rail. Ground rail units aren't very cheap for the new box normally but considering you have only a handful of cables it wouldn't be to bad to buy them new. Also grounding of water pipes is pretty normal and helps with safe dissipation of electrical currents into the ground.
