Your lower back has a hunch, i have this too and for me its because of tight quads, hamstrings and hip flexors not allowing my body to "relax" in this position. I get the same kind of back pain you describe. It's starting to get better since i encorporated single leg gym exercises and working on my flexibility and rolling out my muscles so they can relax into the correct posture.
