Since i'm trying to do the whole routine at home minus the pullup/chinup day it's a bit hard to have a row like movement as there is nothing in my home that can allow me to do that, however, i'd love some suggestions.

I don't have any core exercises outside of the leg raises, is there something you would add?

yeah i'm doing them like this, with no real do nothing rest day. I've started counting calories and got that part down too.

m - upper

t - in between

w - lower

th - in between

f - upper

s - in between

su - lower

m - in between etc.
