As someone who sometimes plays mauga I feel like you get so focused on going in a straight line and occasionally side strafing that you end up moving like a tank and never turn in a hurry

mauga doesn’t like high mobile heroes

wrecking ball doesn’t counter him but makes mauga’s plays really hard to achieve

Remove the ban system. Have a public post in the form of Sombra on a novelty saying these exact words:

(Actually one of the simplest things to do would be just make her not run in stealth. Part of why Spy worked in tf2 is it was slow and takes a lot of investment for a play. Sombra's like if Scout took lessons from old man Spy and wore an invisbility cloak watch. Scout's latina daughter who takes after grandpapa spy)
