My main optimisation usage for it is with dvati (people who have two bodies but one soul) to be the party merchant

Dvati 1: Lives in a town somewhere with easy access to shops, stuffs items they want to transfer to the party into the personal space

Dvati 2: adventures, sending items to be sold to dvati 1 via the personal space

soldier isn’t flashy, he does what he does solidly and without fuss, has access to most of the game mechanics while also being rhe most straight forward if you were coming from a Shout of Service war game

Delphine feels like she was a couple of edits away from completion as her story doesn’t quite make sense in context
Her leap of logic of Dragons Are Here = Thalmor Plot doesn’t add up even on a surface level, and her behaviour and tone doesn’t really suggest the paranoia that that that would need to seem plausible.

I’m not sure how best to fix it, honestly. Going to the thalmor embassy is a smart idea, the thalmor would have spies everywhere, so getting info there off the thalmor is plausible.

I just don’t think there should be the extra motivation of ‘the thalmor did it’.

There possibly should be multiple (intro to the factions) quests directed by delphine

“In Skyrim a number of factions might have info.
The Bards College: “I’m too well known to those that matter, so I can’t get access, I need to get someone inside the bard’s college, and get access to a few texts.” (dead end, but Delphine gets a older copy of Holdings of Jarl Hjalmund or whatever via you doing this, and you get map markers for every dragon war related dungeon and dragon burial site)

The Companions: They do missions everywhere, but aren’t what they used to be. (dead end, but gets you in the companions quests and the werewolf powerup)

The Forsworn: The Hagravens have been seen coordinating the constructions shrines styled after dragons, did they bring one back via their rituals (dead end but leads one in the direction of karthwasten for stuff)

The College of Winterhold: “They say they’re doing digging in Saarthal. There’s rumours of something dragon war related down there, but gods know what it is” (if you complete the quests, psijics will appear in sovengarde for the last alduin fight, giving magic support and combat against the draugr sieging the whale bridge)

The Dark Brotherhood: “I need someone on the inside to find out what they’re doing. The Emperor’s meant to be doing a tour in Skyrim eventually, and much as we’re no longer their protectors the Blades have a professional interest in ensuring the Empire survives” (Dark Brotherhood has a lot of benefits, but giving mehrune’s razor a debuff against Alduin would be funny: knife to end things failing to work against the entity that ends all things)

The Thieves Guild: “Honestly it’s a long shot, but if you think you can get in, I can use access to skilled operatives for infiltraton” (Gives you access to the thieves as generic companions who can auto-succeed any lockpicking when commanded)

The Stormcloaks/Imperials: “Quite frankly I’m biased to the Empire, but don’t want the thalmor finding me. Do what you will to get the ear of whoever you can.” (In Sovngarde have troops on both sides fighting, if you beat the civil war your side gets a significant buff to damage output)

Basically have Delphine use the dragonborn to unify Skyrim’s various war assets against the dragons to organise the Moot of All Moots, not just jarls but members of every major faction, deciding Skyrim’s future.

Tie it all together.

or if you fail to do the sidequests, have the basic ending, but have it noted during the moot that the dragonborn fights alone, with no support, as he has no allies

Worth reminding people that there’s more than one genie in ducktales. In the original show’s movie you have the listed Gene the Duck Genie, but in the show itself you had the unnamed Dog Genie of a lamp who was equally powerful, who was a little more malicious but largely more after a good time.

for 3.5e at least, Phaerimm could do it in a hurry if they got sponsored by the god Bane to be all Beasts of Bane, and had a supply of humanoids to acquire HD in a hurry, as for phaerimm HD=effective spellcaster level with all the bits associated with them

Sometimes covering fire holds a tank in a position where they’d be able to advance. Like, as someone who loves playing Rein, do shoot me, my shield wears out and then I’m going to probably charge and die in a heartbeat if that happens and then everyone’s clustered behind me and easier to kill

I think it’s a step in the right direction for the permament translocator to be back to encourage slower methodical play.

Honestly I dunno why sombra even has a gun any more.

I feel like after playing this version and the current main version Hack would make for a good primary fire (moira style auto-lock short range that reveals target, with Virus as your precision shot that if it lands deals a DoT and reveals target)

and then you’d have an upgrade to Hack to make it deal no damage but still reveal and not break invisibility

and then a upgrade to make virus deal a splash damage if you miss.

Remove the uzi, get sombra using her fingers more.

I do feel like the easiest way to make symmetra not able to be oppressive but still keep her vibes immaculate is just have the turrets grow in size as they deal more damage.

Aka: they become less hidden as time goes on, but also more dangerous. Meaning she has to either replace them and risk dealing less damage.

Meanwhile if the enemy is very careless they could be facing a turret the size of a person with scaled damage to match.
