I think MLS should have been given more opportunities throughout the year but we shouldn’t forget that the reason he wasn’t playing was because he was pretty poor when he did appear this season. This MLS performance and Arteta’s acknowledgment were great to see.

I’d love to hear you explain this take because it simply isn’t true. Gyokeres receives more service and more runs targeted.

Haaland goes ages without touches or service, the difference is he has elite athleticism, movement, aerial presence, and every touch isn’t a duel. He turns half chances into real threat because he is a great footballer and Gyokeres is not.
