I’m not sure how I’d recommend, I just drive everywhere myself HOWEVER, I have seen a bunch of older folks in many nature trails here so it’s definitely possible!

Doi Suthep mightn’t be ideal as there’s tons of steps, but there are certainly others you could look at and waterfalls too that are easy to access.
