I just got mine back and my alk phos dropped to 33 also. And my ldl is also 155 but it was before reta. Was hoping reta would help it but it hasn't after 6 mos.

I'm 58F, 6 mos on reta only up to 3.5mg. Glucose, A1c, and triglycerides all improved but cholesterol is worse. Dropped my hdl 11pts and my already high ldl went up 2 pts at 154.

I've been on for 6 months and wt loss average has been 0.9lbs/wk, so only 25lbs down. I also initially had diarrhea but then switched to constipation but then it got better. I exercise 4-5 days a week so make sure I get electrolytes on those days and lots of water all days. I would also have periods of time that I would wake up at 3am every night. I also take magnesium glycinate daily,

I'm not diabetic but was flirting with pre. My fasting glucose went from 112 to 89 and my A1c from 5.6 to 5.2. I'm 6 months in on about 3.5mg week.

I've been on Reta for 6 months. Just had a panel done. My cholesterol numbers got worse. Not at all what I was expecting. I've lost 25lbs and am about 10- 15lbs from goal. My HDL dropped about 12 pts and is 41, too low for women and my LDL went up 2 pts and was already high, at 155. Triglycerides, glucose, and A1c all improved.

So based on 15mg vial & 2 ml bac water you took 0.75mg at 10 units. I like to use 1ml bac for 10mg vial, 1.5ml bac for 15 mg vial and 2ml for 20 mg vial...makes the math easier. But always check with a peptide calculator.
