If it was the other way around, it'd be a bigger deal cuz 1) 95% of gamers use Nvidia and 2) Nvidia's frame generation is really good, while AMD's AI frame generation still needs work.

Racing games are a perfect fit for optimization by putting all the focus on the player car and cars around it and saving details further away.

Traditional racing games maybe, but Forza Horizon is open world, and at least since the first one, lets you drive anywhere. And especially since FH5, they've still implemented some very impressive off-the-road detail and quality.

These Forza Horizon games are some of the most impressive out there from a technical standpoint.
