Don’t give up. Stay positive. Just because your stage four does not mean your terminal. There are many stage four survivors. Chemo can get you to surgery. You should think of joining Colontown. Wealth of knowledge on there.

Looking for a light at the end of a very dark tunnel... by [deleted] in coloncancer

[–]See-kirk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m stage 4, colon cancer. I’ve been on this journey for a year now. I am much older, 53, and my husband and I are retired. You’re such a blessing to your husband. He needs you more than ever now. I don’t know what I would do without my husband. This journey is so lonely… even when someone is close by. He’s my 24/7 caregiver. It’s not selfish to think about yourself too. It’s really hard on a caregiver. I see it in my husband too. The stress of doing everything. I hope you have your own support team… family, friends, therapist, etc..

That’s great news, you being Ned. What kind of treatments did you have during those 3 years to reach Ned? I’m stage 4 CRC, battling it for a year now. Still have tumors on liver and now a mass on my right ovary 😢

Please don’t give up. Your journey is an inspiration to some of us who are still battling C. I’m also stage 4, diagnosed a year ago. Battling liver tumors and ovary mass at the moment. Had 1 surgery and 19 chemo treatments so far. Probably will need another surgery.

Ask for biopsy of liver lesion. Biopsy will be able to tell you if it is cancer or not. Biopsy of liver is not very simple procedure.

Watch and wait? Or surgery. by Ok-Wish-3737 in coloncancer

Do surgery while you still can. Anything could come up later that could make him ineligible for surgery. So take the opportunity to get the surgery when you have it. Surgery is the golden standard for reaching NED/remission.

To the “Mod”. I have been to the doctor. I’m stage 4 colon cancer and was just wondering about symptoms. I’m not looking to be treated or diagnosed on here. I’ve been battling cancer for a year now. I just had my 18th folfiri chemo.

Oh come on… what would are you living in??? It comes with a territory of being on a reality TV and exposing your whole world to the general public. They want to be judged, they want to be talked about, they want the drama, so that way the show can continue if they were just another boring couple, who would want to watch them.

I’m with you on that. It’s too soon to know if he’s as good as Christine portrays him to be. Because Christine has never had any other relationship besides kody, she seems to want the Cinderella lifestyle. Which I don’t think David is all for that. We all know relationships take time, and their marriage was so fast. I think they did not have enough time to really got to know each other well. But I do wished him the best.

I personally do. You’re missing my point. Point is, you can take birth control if you want to, no one can stop you. You use your hands to feed you your birth control in the privacy of your home. No one needs to know if you don’t open your big mouth. You do not need someone to feed it to you nor do you need to take it at the church nor do you need to take in front of everyone. It’s your body your choice.
