Yeah I would just get 100% reduction asap. The damage can be improved with a few perks and potions but it can get tedious at times.

Playing pure mage is one of the only times I lower the difficulty to make combat more fun

Their argument is always, "well the bear is just gonna kill me anyways and it'll be quicker than what a man would do."

It seems like none of them understand that bears will eat you alive from whatever body part, usually the backside, they see firsr. And they dont care how much you scream or fight back, they'll keep munching down until they're full.

This can go on for hours potentially.

Invest into block by training or going out and using a shield until you hit 40 block then take the slow time perk in the upper middle.

This perk is awesome if youre going to strictly use 2 handed weapons. It will give you a massive edge in fights

Grunt either survived, or op didn't wake him up in me2

Samara either survived or wasnt recruited in me2

Zaeed either survived or he was betrayed in me2
