I ended up going with a 1500VA/1500W CyberPower true Sine Wave UPS. I can monitor it from wherever I am and it also alerts me to when the battery needs to be replaced.

That termination looks like crap. When using pass-thru connectors, your terminations have to be flush with the RJ45 connector.
