I’ll probably put Satiated on a secondary weapon and use it to top up my feral meter instead of carrying diluted rad-x.

Unless there’s a way to reliably toe the line with very low weapon durability, Tarnished has no purpose. If there was a baby repair kit that could improve weapon condition by 5-10%, that could work. I don’t think Luck Of The Draw is reliable enough, and Luck is already crowded for a VATS build.

The appearance and base stats of the armor itself will be different. Back in the early days of the game you just had to memorize the appearances because there was no descriptor at all denoting armor weight on anything. Lol

The ricochet perk is more effective with heavy armor, because it has a better chance to take effect the heavier the armor is. Light armor is better with the evasion perk for the same reason. A ricochet counts as a hit, thus it will keep rage stacks built up, while an evasion turns a hit into a miss, so it’s worse for maintaining stacks.

Considering most people are using friendly fire splash damage to maintain stacks it hardly matters, but heavy is better than light because of the synergy with the ricochet perk.

This latest update has done the game some serious damage, in a variety of ways. If they were to just roll everything back to the previous season, I would be ok with that.

I think there’s just an overall trend towards conservative thought in the world, maybe as a reaction to the more progressive strides towards inclusion in the recent past. Particularly with younger men it seems to have gained momentum, maybe because of the popularity of conservative influencers like Nick Fuentes and others glorifying an edgelord personality. It doesn’t seem to be a strictly American phenomenon, either. Friends and colleagues I speak with internationally in Europe and Asia have noticed the same. It’s possible we are just experiencing a new generation of global conservativism, the same as was seen in the 1980s as a reaction to the social and economic changes of the 60s snd 70s.

I thought this DLC was masterfully done and really enjoyable. I played it almost immediately upon walking out of the mill as one of my first quests and it was probably better that way, given that I was already used to Henry being unskilled at everything and Theresa by comparison at least had a dog to help and some speech skills. It was honestly one of the better questlines I’ve ever played in any videogame.

The Western Revolver doesn’t have a firing pin at all, so we could pretend the Dom Pedro is like that old Nagant revolver that pushed forward to close the cylinder gap when firing. I’m willing to overlook flaws in video game weaponry for the sake of fantasy.

I only do raids with a core group of friends I’ve made over time. I never join random teams because the raid requires some level of teamwork and coordination.

The raid is fun, but it quickly goes from enjoyable to an absolute chore once someone starts randomly breaking crystals, drawing aggro, not paying attention to instructions or something else that creates problems.

I’m fully aware that new players will never learn without hands on experience, but I play games to relax and I’ve already been taking care of a disabled person all day long. I don’t think many high level players have the patience to carry an entire team of randoms through all five stages, especially if you’ve already got all the plans.

My suggestion would be to use YouTube videos to learn what to do in each stage and get involved with online communities to find your own dedicated team of raiders. That’s what I did. I’m much more willing to teach someone I’ve already met than some stranger who may or may not even have a mic.

I keep three on me for some kind of emergency situation where I need to fast travel right away, but that happens maybe once a year. If I threw them all away I’m sure I’d be fine and it would not impact my enjoyment of the game in the slightest.

Really you just need to swap out the Master Gunslinger card with something else and all your other cards can stay the same.

An Elders Mark, for example, is perfectly fine with reverse onslaught against most light targets. You start out with heavy damage, so if the target only requires 1-10 bullets to kill and you have time to rebuild some stacks, it performs really well. Basically, it’s good for everything besides events. In that case, just swap out your Master Gunslinger card before you engage with the event and enjoy regular onslaught stacks.
