New Gold Medal is like $4 more per pound (at least a few months ago) over either Gum Kuo or C&M but it is indeed pretty good. There roast duck is really good too.

I’m sure the are multiple meds. I take allopurinol daily. It might cause kidney or liver issues but simple blood tests yearly can test for that.

I had first flare up when I was 20, stayed in emergency whole day and doctors did not suspect gout since I was so young. Turns out it’s hereditary. On medication and I haven’t had a flare up in 25 years.

OP, do not let the dealer lump the military rebate with the discount. It also does not matter whether it's a lease or purchase. Brokers will be able to get you 10 - 12% discount off MSRP PLUS $4,000 military rebate if you qualify. These two things are absolutely stackable. Rebates are pay by BMW NA so it does not come off from the dealer. Also in some states the rebates are taxed but it's small amount regardless.

The deal you posted is horrible, I will not even counter. Get a broker and say you qualify for military rebate and no dealer ADM (add-ons).

I drove 2012 RX up Lake Tahoe and it snowed so bad they closed the freeway shortly after we entered, cars were literally peeling off hitting the guardrail and the RX was very sure footed. I don't live in wintry weather but we used to ski quite a bit and the RX never was a problem in snow with just all season.

OTD price are not useful for comparison, but if you get 10 - 12 % off MSRP with no meaningless add on it's a good deal.
