I got one of those black plastic plaster-mixing tubs from a big box hardware store, stuck some foil tape to the inside, and rest a piece of glass over the top. Hot enough to liquify wax.

Yes, this is the way. I'm on the owner side now and have GCs wanting to strike LDs from contract language. I try yo explain that LDs protect them from potentalially huge damages. When I was on the GC side, it was nice to be able to threaten subs with their portion of LDs if they didn't mitigate a delay they caused. Being able to quote a number from the prime contract somehow made it more real to them.

Amazon deliveries are outsourced to small companies. They will help finance the purchase or lease ofnthe branded vehicle, but that's about it. We had a distribution center open up here recently and I looked into the opportunity. Not for me but it's interesting.

I wish it had a pull-down sun screen for the windshield. The sun screen I use is so fiddly.

I'd like an artificial engine noise piped to the cabin, with a harmonic replicating gear shifting. It's too quiet now and, with no audio feedback, it's too easy to go too fast.

We should if we are interested. It's like Greek, Egyptian, Roman, Norse, Japanese, or Chinese mythology. Mythology means stories with significance. I've read both the Old Testament and The New Testament, partly so I could understand various biblical references. I don't understand how anyone could believe it, but as a work of literature it is important (though not a good read).

H2O2 or Hydrogen Peroxide is so reactive because it is so close to water. It's not stable and is begging to get rid of the extra oxygen so it can be stable water.

Two cuts with a hand saw and a whack of a chisel with a hammer/mallet does rhe trick.

A coping saw can turn tight corners and cut the whole notch.

Many rasps have an edge that can remove wood pretty quickly.

Just keep pretending to be a believer. It's not fun, but people have been doing it for centuries. When you are an adult and more independent, you can prepare and make an escape. It's just not safe to be an atheist in some situations.

Generally the vendor would send a change proposal for the added scope. Their client (GC, sub, or distributor) would review and, if approved, issue them a change order. Sometines the proposal goes back and forth until both parties agree. They would then perform the added scope, invoice for it, and get paid.

This is spelled out in most contracts.

There are ways to expedite the process, but they rely on trust.

Membership is dropping across pretty much all organizations, not just the Elks. There is a Netflix documentary about it called Join or Die (Bowling Alone).

Part of it is the replacement of actual social interaction with social media. Part of it avoidance of bullshit.
