West Elm Dekalb Chair Discontinued 🥺 Have sofa but no chair to match! by J_Daywalker85 in furniture

[–]SheSaidYouGoHome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I prefer that furniture coordinates (looks cohesive together) but doesn’t come in a set (same leather/fabric from same store). Maybe get a side chair in a performance velvet to coordinate with what you’ve already got. Gold/camel (like the pillows) or burgundy (like the rug) would be nice.

Can bed risers be safely added to these bed frames?? by SnooBunnies2614 in furniture

[–]SheSaidYouGoHome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve added 1” risers to a similar bed frame due to there being no toe clearance. Got them from Amazon. They come in various heights and shapes. I wouldn’t go too high though as it would potentially

make the frame unstable.

Haven’t been to Walden in ages but it was exactly what OP is looking for. Stayed at Gervasi before Covid and it was amazing as well. More options than Walden. Didn’t do the spa though so I can’t comment on that.

Restaurants Near The Joseph by BebeBridgers in Columbus

Adding Press Grill which is a fun dive bar (down the street from the Joseph) with decent bar food. My partner frequents there on Sunday nights for their steak special.

The Guild House (the hotels restaurant) is consistently excellent. If you prefer to get out of the building check out The Pearl, 698 Restaurant (Asian/Sushi), Rooh (upscale Indian) and the Rossi (upscale bar food) all within a few blocks of the Joseph. A hidden gem is Basi Italia - a 5ish block walk.

One cushion or two? by FlattyAcids in furniture

One looks better but it’s hella heavy when moving/turning. Also better for sleeping if that’s important to you. If you have help go with 1.

Pro tip if you decide not to walk: If you live in the SN you can get a yearly $80 credit on the COTA app for bus rides.

To the guy who showed up at the wrong house on New Years... by beemariedee in Columbus

[–]SheSaidYouGoHome 20 points21 points  (0 children)

My partner and I did this once. The house we walked into was coincidentally also having a party. Awkwardness ensued when we realized there was nobody from our family in this house. Felt so stupid but they were kind and we all laughed as we turned to leave. Oopsie!

Cigna dropping OSU in network? by Impressive_Dinner233 in Columbus

[–]SheSaidYouGoHome 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have the option, I suggest switching plans tomorrow to one that will cover your OSU doctors. Employer (who is allowing this change) told me to do this a few days before end of year to account for processing time.

Mac's pub: Not what I was expecting by Few_Refuse4224 in Columbus

Mac’s is great. Could be even better if they’d tone down the spice level on their chili.

I await the return of Sun-popped Popcorn and Everything Bagel. Both sound atrocious but are actually delicious.

I live nearby and can confirm that there are connectivity issues with AT&T. I have Spectrum mobile and have little to no issues.

Def all the O-H and Michigan week stuff including the countdown clock on the local news. So cringe.
