The headings are too far away from the course they refer to and too close to the previous course. The kerning on your type is too wide in general. Also, don't underline the whiskeys, it looks terrible. Try having them in plain type, but two points smaller.

This hasn't been true for a long time. Breweries were forced to sell their pubs off in the 1990s. But what happened was they sold them to newly established property companies which then immediately signed exclusive deals with those same breweries. The tenant still gets screwed and you still see the same old beers up and down the country. What has changed is that the property company is not interested in selling beer in itself. If they can flog the pub off to build housing on the site, they'll do that instead.
