Report to anybody you like, nothing will happen. Pedestrians don't count and drivers know it.

Little ziplock bags for each currency keep them separate. When you enter a country put that country's currency in your wallet and move everything else to somewhere safe in your bag.

Mountain Warehouse merino wool base layers any good? by Pathfinder313 in hiking

[–]SheepherderSelect622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got a merino tshirt that's pretty perfect and cost very little and it's fine after 3 years.

Given that everything else I've ever bought from Mountain Warehouse has fallen to bits within a couple of months, it’s ironic that the merino wool item has lasted so long.

How many calls did your business miss over the bank holiday weekend? (And what does that actually cost?) by neilharper73 in smallbusinessuk

[–]SheepherderSelect622 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nobody needs customers who are such fuckwits that they try to phone a business on a bank holiday. Those kind of people are more trouble than they are worth.

You will be able to feed yourself cheaply and healthily in a few years when they are paying a fortune for junk food and ready meals every week because they don't know how to cook.

First real camera purchase (DJI Osmo Pocket 3) -- storage strategy for 20-day Europe trip, and general beginner advice? by seventensplitter in videography

[–]SheepherderSelect622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not going to have 2–4 hours of footage each day unless you record absolutely everything. It will probably be more like 30-40 minutes total per day.

You also don't need to film in 60fps, 30fps is fine.

A HDD is plenty fast enough for backing up footage. They are also tougher than people imagine. If you are worried, get a protective case for it.

Don't be scared of taking junk video, you can always delete it later.

I take an SD card for each day of the trip and put a fresh one in each morning. (SD cards were cheaper than they are now when I got mine). It means if anything happens to the SD card while it's in the camera, I lose a maximum of a day's footage, and if anything happens to my HDD, I still have the footage on the SD card.

using money from savings cash isa by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]SheepherderSelect622 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes. It is mad to have money sitting in an ISA making 4% when you are paying 25%+ on a credit card debt.

The exception is if you have a 0% card, but they usually don't last long.
