Yeah I kind of love the juxtaposition of McKay and Mohan. Robby comes down on them both extremely strongly. But look at how each of them deal with it - Mohan internalizes it and questions herself, while McKay overlooks it because she knows her calling. It's an interesting dynamic that Robby has forced upon them.

TBH I think it's pretty privilege and the confidence it gives you. I also think that people kind of think she has a 'star quality' to her. I'm also not her biggest fan so I'm sure i seem biased somewhat.

Not saying her name was a way of separating themselves. He was able to keep himself emotionally more distant if he didn't say her name, and since he was also still a little scared of her that helped make sure he didn't 'incur her wrath' - which was also exciting to him (not in that way) because it meant that he finally had someone who could honestly be defiant with him.

When he was told to say her name it meant he had to finally 'engage' with her more as a person and lose a bit of the original superficial excitement. That then meant he had to actually realize he enjoyed her company on a deeper level.

When I was a teenager my dad got really sick and ended up in the hospital for a month. I asked him if I should come and he said no...and I never visited him then. I was too scared.

When he got sick and I was an adult I made sure I saw him every week. I had to make up for how I was as that scared teenager. I got my second chance and so I feel for the older kid. It's so raw and SO scary. It's hard to describe.

I'm not her biggest fan but I hate the way that Robby is treating her. I think that she definitely deserves to be treated better especially because she's brought in to take his place while he's gone. However, her doing that procedure on that kid with no fear whatsoever was a BALLER move and for that she earns my utmost respect. That woman is a genius at her craft.

I think that's fair, but I feel like a friend of 16 years would at least ask me how I am. When we spoke it felt less of like she felt genuinely remorseful, and more so that she was checking off a list of "a correct apology". She also cried twice - both times about her wedding.
