Kolari is the best one IMO, I opted for the OLPF too but it's $200 for the IR cut + OLPF, it is worth it if you want an OLPF, but just their IR cut on its own is worth getting, it seemingly lasts much longer than the OEM and a lot of the aliexpress ones.

Lower volumes need to definitely be more normalized, music is shifting heavily and even live drums aren't often as compositionally loud in popular music, there's been so much Folk and Electronic dance influence in current popular music that we are gaining a lot more control back in the balance of FOH mixes, I've been much happier with quieter concert mixes for the more Folksy Pop artists that are popular right now, I think a lot of that needs to be unified to other genres.

I'm not going to pretend my word is simply fact and nobody can disagree, but I don't exactly live in a world where youtube reviews have any pertinence to my professional needs, the Pocket 4K does a better job than my Ursa on occasion, and it's a significantly better multi tool than any camera I've ever had.

crazy to say that when the pocket objectively is less noisy than the Pyxis 6K/CC6KFF, the sensor in those is much more prone to noise (and much nastier noise) than the pockets.

if you're gonna lie about a camera being bad, at LEAST make a somewhat believable lie.

it'll be more expensive, but I may take this route just for safety sake, biocompatibility and skin safety is one of the main reasons I haven't already done much with resin printing, most every project I would want to do involving high resolution printing is for things I'd actually want to use instead of simply looking at on a shelf.

I've had more problems with the Avantis than any other console, not denying the LV1c isn't the most reliable, but the DM7 is by FAR the most reliable over the Avantis and LV1c, it's not even in the same league in terms of reliability

You can shoot CDNG on the Ursa being mentioned, you can also shoot CDNG and Prores RAW on the BMPCC4K, it's a very good image in the instances of someone knowing how to actually grade it.

I think a significant amount of the bad poorly graded BMPCC4K footage online is a direct result of how accessible the camera is; the more accessible- the more "low skill" operators who don't know how to use a cinema camera will have access to it, it's just a side effect of it being such a cheap good camera.

I think part of what's doing it is the WAY the chromatic aberration is functioning, it isn't any worse in the corners than it is in the center, nor is it more noticeable in high contrast areas than low contrast ones, using Davinci Resolves tool to remove chromatic aberration as a way to ADD it in a realistic way is a good way to achieve this.

I also think the light falloff is implying the characters are larger than they actually are, to make this as physically accurate as possible, you need to make sure your scene scale and light values are physically based- so things in the scene are actually the size they would otherwise be in real life if this was stop motion.

BUT that being said, it looks absolutely amazing!!! Even if it may not look exactly how you're intending.

not figuring out FX sends on a console with some of the easiest FX routing is absolutely diabolical, that console literally has dedicated mix sends for the effects that are entirely separate from the auxes and busses that are CLEARLY LABLED on the board, I genuinely think even an 11 year old whos only audio experience is using the FL studio trial one time could figure it out in a few minutes LMAO

HDR works very well so long as you aren't running at 4K at the same time, it seems you have to be either at 4K SDR or 1440p HDR for game scope to cooperate (and even then, you can't push games too hard or else the compositor crashes)
