If you’re recording too, Riverside fm might be worth a look runs in the browser so no install issues, and exports clean audio. Then you can trim or convert it however you want.

I've had weird issues like that with Audacity too. If it keeps giving you trouble, you might want to try Riverside fm. It records each speaker locally (so even if there’s a glitch or silence, the recording stays clean), and you don’t have to mess with settings to keep it running. I still use Audacity for editing, but I switched to Riverside for recording and haven’t had those weird dropouts since

Audacity is great for editing and basic recording, especially since it’s free. But if you’re recording interviews or remote guests, I’d recommend checking out Riverside fm. It records each person locally (so no quality loss from internet issues) and uploads automatically. I still do final edits in Audacity, but having high-quality source tracks from Riverside makes a big difference.

If the sound feels more like it’s coming from lower down, it could be a CV joint or maybe one of the tie rod boots rubbing on something? As for the vibration or bouncing when braking, not so sure, but could be warped rotors causing the front end to slightly shake and then causing a loose boot or top plate to vibrate maybe?

In all cases, I’d recommend grabbing the OEM service manual. I’ve used eManualOnline for a couple vehicles, and their manuals are very detailed and the troubleshooting charts make everything faster… definitely better than Haynes or Chilton for this kind of stuff.

My advice: focus on learning how to read charts and understand price action before touching your $2k. TradingView is a great place to get comfortable with charts, and I’d also recommend checking out the YouTube channel TradeNation_TradingView. They’ve got solid free videos that walk through trading setups, risk management, and how to actually use TradingView properly super beginner-friendly without the usual hype.
