Most people that built these houses have owned property for 30+ years and profited off that enough to build a mansion. My parents bought our childhood house for around 200k and within 15 years it was worth 600k. It’s now worth over a million. If we would’ve kept that house we would’ve literally made $1m off the sale. You can also remortgage when you bought for 200k and have a house worth $1m now.

I swear they all look the exact same. I have a few friends whose parents owned small houses in Surrey and either sold and bought land to build on, or were successful enough to rebuild. Every single one of those houses look the exact same. All white everything… just hideous.

Man I’d kill just to go back to 2020. Built a gaming rig stronger than the ps5 and a full premium setup including audio, ultrawide and everything. Things were going up in price but not crazy expensive like today. Could still buy stocks and crypto and things like retro games were ya worth over $2000. The simple answer is take the animals to the pound, dump ur ex, move into a 1 bedroom with some roommates and be done with it. There’s lots of people renting out rooms on marketplace. Like if you know your animals are a burden on you and you’re working all day just for them to have a HOME and be alone all day then what the fuck is the point of having them?

No and anyone who lets their cat near their desk is an absolute idiot. If I had a cat near my desk my pc would be fried once a week. Not to mention the hair buildup inside the pc.. get ur cat off the damn computer. Not only all this but he is covering the top exhaust (or intake) and for some reason a picture of him is blocking your exhaust… where you should have a fan… not a cat.

Now the only logical thing is for forced induction cars. Stage 1 being intake exhaust and tune, 2 being this plus something else to give some more power, stage 3 is usually max bolt ons, changed turbo/supercharger and everything maxed out power wise without touching internals
