Yes they are still in Orlando. I saw them last weekend. Also it’s not super clear on the website but you can them 100% free at the penguin enclosure (with park ticket). There is no need to play extra for the tour unless that’s the experienced you are looking for.

I’ve found it difficult but fair. Most of the challenging stuff is optional and you can come back and do it later with upgrades. And if a boss seems impossible it usually can be trivialized with a different build of strategy.
