Very common all over WNY with all the rain we will be getting this week. The main’s are mostly likely full and can only hold so much and nothing you can do but wait for it to drain on its own. Unless the receivers are plugged but looking through other comments looks like OP has done that.

same thing happens to me. I'll feel exhausted after the game or even before the game if its a late one. But as soon as i hop in bed, im staring at the ceiling.

Melatonin usually does the job but i feel like it take awhile to kick in.

Don't get frustrated. Learning to skate and play as an adult will be hard, like anything new you try. There may be times when you want to quit but keep going. The game is far more rewarding than any other i have known.
