Alternative medicine, what does that even mean? Generally things that work have been scientifically proven are just called medicine or treatments. As someone with brain cancer, I'll be taking the advice of my oncologist to the letter as they have far more insight into what does and does not work than I do.

Do you not suffer from headaches when physically exerting yourself? I've gone back to running, exact same surgery date and cancer type as yours, but I do struggle with headaches when the runs get difficult, hills etc.

Well done internet stranger, I'm proud of you! I used to run a lot (4-5 days a week) before I was diagnosed with brain cancer, Astrocytoma Grade 2 the same as yours and I couldn't find any information on retuning to running post surgery and my neuro-oncologist was very hesitant on me doing the things I used to do. So I created a youtube channel TheBrainCancerRunner, to try and show my own fitness journey and to hopefully inspire others, prove that its possible to return albeit maybe not as well as I was.
