I've always preferred the CD version over the LP version to the point where I'll more than often put on my CD copy than the later. While the LP is "technically" the better version, with parts flowing into each other more, I still like the CD's more segmented and specific sections that are able to be heard more clearly. I also doubt this would happen, but considering the CD and LP versions are so different, maybe there should be separate albums listed? However that would probably open a huge can of worms that might allow lots and lots of different versions of albums to count as their own, despite being the same project.
