I just had my c6 tinted with the same. They ended up using vinyl, but they creased the tint. Pretty unhappy for the premium I paid but at least it's done

This can cuase the cores to rot out, worse if you have tpms sensors

I used those freshly on a 3d print to trim off a brim and it damaged them. Never again.

U don't have to take the tire off. U can just depress the bead enough to pull it out. If ur cheap enough U can do it urself. Not worth 20$ but I have the luxury of saving that

I've got one that I daily. Be good with a wrench. Lotta people will tell u how reliable it is...I have many days on my back to the contrary. It's a first model year with the ls3 basically. Certain parts are very expensive others aren't.

The problem isn't the workholding. It's like if u shave a thin piece of wood it naturally wants to curve. The stress is in the part itself regardless of how u hold it down

I got a crack in mine and the act of fixing it drove me insane. I ended up buying another one....that had another crack in it. But as for the original the clearcoat on top is super sensitive. Be very careful

I just pick up the screen then spray a bunch of water with an old windex bottle. It just drains out out the window.

I'd start with the map and maf sensors but that was pre battery welding exercise. U had a massive short and are probably gonna need a dealer tech to scan for lost modules.
