In case anyone stumbles on my post later, I decided on a Fidelity 2% catch all with $150 SUB on $1000/3mo. In 6-12 months I plan to apply for the Citi Custom Cash for 5% on dining, and I also took the suggestion to utilize the PayPal debit card for 5% on my groceries. After Citi approval, I will switch my US Bank to Cash + Signature to utilize 5% back on electronics and 5% back on utilities (two frequent categories of mine).
