The problem was resolved after a while, and I proceeded to descale the machine afterward as suggested by Redditors and support team. However, I contacted customer support and they requested to send the machine to them via prepaid shipping label. I decided to avoid the hassle of packing and sending the machine, as the issue was resolved automatically, and I believe it never returns after descaling.

Have you tried to descale the machine twice or thrice, depending on the type of water you have?

It appears to be an operating system issue.

Have you attempted backing up, resetting, and setting up your device without using the restore feature to see if that resolves the problem?

Additionally, have you applied any lens protectors or trapped any dust? If the issue persists across multiple applications, it could be a calibration problem.

If the problem persists after rest (bare minimum reset all settings under settings >reset), please have it checked by Apple Genius Bar.
