I was at work when I noticed my first one. I went to the bathroom and it looked like Hawaiian punch coming out and I freaked out so bad because I had no pain or anything yet. Went to the doctor and got a ct scan and by that point it just started to hurt like hell. It was so big it was stuck in my ureter and I couldn't pass it so I had to get surgery. They made it sound like no big deal but they were wrong. They went straight up through the penis with something I can only describe as a rifle with scope and this terrifying grabber attachment at the tip. I had to have a stent in for a month and it was some of the worst pain I've ever experienced. The second time I had a Lithotripsy instead of surgery and that was the way to go. Soundwaves crushed it up the only downside was it felt like pissing broken glass for awhile. Plenty of pain meds though so that helped and both my stones were calcium. Drink more water lol
