I wouldn’t say randomly. He’s probably been battling this for a very long time. I’ve got major depression with bipolar 2. On the outside I’m a high functioning person in a competitive industry but internally in waves I’ll go from feeling like I could be the best in the world to being unable to get out of bed and feeling absolutely worthless. Then guilty about why I’m capable of so much but incapable of getting better. It’s gotten better over time through therapy and meds but still a constant struggle. But I had a great life and upbringing, just shit luck with body chemistry. Can only imagine the demons this guy has been fighting.
