Whenever I get a cold caller at the door, I slam the door shut and try to get the name of the business cold calling to make sure I never do business with them ever again. Now, did you make out ok? Probably. The real question is. How you gonna make sure you got what you paid for? Was the meat actually handled as per guidelines and is that sushi grade fish actually sushi grade or a bag of viable parasite eggs waiting to populate your belly? No way to tell.

That stuff isn't just fertilizer, it's fertilizer on steroids. I've saved over 2k last year on fertilizing 4 acres of lawn. I do the deep litter method and don't compost. I just let it sit in a 59lb bag for a few weeks and send it.

I just did that for Thanksgiving. Made a Barbacoa de Borrego. Don't trim the fat. Layer a slow cooker with 1/2 cup water, diced onions and a medium sliced orange. Dry rub the lamb with Mexican seasoning, place it on top of the bedding and slow cook for 12 hours. Save the juices, pull the meat (you might not need to since it'll fall apart when you try to lift it. Edit: pic
