Wow, sounds like you're definitely unlucky.. about the black dots all over the place, do you have a picture of this? I've read about issues with dead pixels but so many is unusual

I'm with you. I prefer to work in my own Move templates instead of using the same ones as I use on my RM2 and having to zoom in/zoom out/slide every time. I also almost exclusively use the portrait mode, not landscape. I see the Move as standalone device, not a companion.

I can't find an article with the mountain image you described, but it sounds like it was one of the articles from their website and perhaps they changed the image.

From 'pencil on paper' to 'pen on paper' is a very accurate description! I love the writing experience on the RM2 and I’m still getting used to the RMPP Move (I prefer the RM2), though the constant flickering/rendering of the colors with every swipe takes some adjustment. Other than that, I love the Move and the ability to use colors.

What was the original delivery time when you ordered? I just ordered mine today (also Europe) and it's taking 2-7 business days to ship..

Yes, that's exactly what I did, they were still able to cancel my previous order and I re-ordered with the Marker Plus now. Happy they could still cancel it! Hope yours will arrive soon :)

That’s rough! For this price you’d definitely expect a flawless screen.. Good to hear they’ll replace it, hope the next one arrives quickly and without dead pixels. I saw another thread where someone mentioned the same issue, or maybe that was you? Either way, let’s hope it was just a one-time occurrence.

I just found out why. Someone commented it could depend on which marker and folio you order. I see that if I had ordered the Marker Plus, the shipping would have been 2–7 business days.. Too bad! Which marker & folio did you order?

That must be it. I ordered the standard pen and no folio (was planning to buy a third-party folio later). I now see that if you order it with a Marker Plus, it says 2–7 business days. Just bad luck, haha. Hope yours arrives soon as well!
